IS THERE AN ADMISSION CHARGE?

Revel has a cover charge of Php 800 Tuesday to Thursday and Php 1,500 Fridayand Saturday.

The Island, Yes Please and B.A.D. have no cover charge.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Only 18 years old and above are allowed inside. A Valid Government ID must be presented upon entry.

WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED FORMS OF ID?

A current, valid photo ID such as a valid Passport or valid Driver’s license are acceptable forms of ID.

I’M VISITING FROM OVERSEAS, WHAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE FORM OF ID?

WHAT IS YOUR DRESS CODE?

We invite our valued patrons to dress smartly and appropriately. Indecent or inappropriate attire will not be allowed upon our door personnel’s discretion. Caps, Rubber Slippers and Big Bags are not allowed. Sando and Shorts are not allowed for Men.

DO YOU HAVE VALET PARKING?

We offer a valet service in front of Revel

ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY?

We have limited wheelchair accessibility. Please contact our reservations team in advance & they will be happy to talk you through the access and arrange for assistance for you upon arrival at the venue.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF MY TABLE RESERVATION?

Upon arrival at Palace, please go to the Reservations Desk of the outlet which you reserved for. Our VIP Services Team will attend to your requirements from there.

Please note that you must arrive before the cut off period of your table reservation. If for some reason you are delayed, please call our Reservations line to advise of your delay & request for your reservation to be held.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Cash (Philippine Peso); Visa, MasterCard, are all accepted at the venue.

WHAT IS THE BREAKDOWN OF TAX, GRATUITY AND SERVICE CHARGE AT THE PALACE?

We apply a Value Added tax charge of 12% on all purchases along with a 5% or 10% service charge depending on the outlet.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED FROM BRINGING TO THE PALACE?

For regular days of operation, you are not permitted to bring the following items into the establishments: illegal drugs, outside food and beverages, toys, props, inflatables; tripods, drones, hand held cameras (unless approved by Management beforehand); and all sharp objects are prohibited. This is not an exhaustive list. Management reserves all rights to refuse entry.

Smoking is permitted in designated areas.

DRUGS POLICY

The Palace upholds a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use and possession of illegal substances and will be complying with the regulations as mandated by The Philippine Law. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be passed over to the authorities.

BIRTHDAY CAKE POLICY – CAN I BRING A BIRTHDAY CAKE? OR CAN YOU PROVIDE ONE UPON REQUEST?

We allow cakes for special occasions to be brought inside subject to a corkage fee. Please contact our Reservations number for the corkage fee per outlet.
