What are our operational hours?

The Island at The Palace is open from Thursday – Sunday, 6PM onwards.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made through our hotline +63 917 689 8888.

Are walk-ins allowed?

Yes, as long as there are tables available for occupancy. We highly recommend making a reservation.

What are the accepted modes of payment?

Patrons can pay using cash, all major credit and debit cards, GCash, AliPay, and WeChatPay.

What PPEs are required to be worn inside?

All patrons are required to wear government-approved face masks (surgical or N94/95) upon entering the premises and may only take them off once food and/or drinks are served.

What is the process to order food and drinks?

To limit physical contact, digital menus will be available via a QR code.

Can we mingle with other guests?

When seeing familiar faces outside of your party within the premises, we highly encourage you to interact from a distance. Limiting physical interactions between everyone in the establishment will ensure a safe environment for all.

Is there a dress code?

Patrons wearing slippers and sandos will not be allowed in the premises.

What are the health check measures for guests within the premises?

All guests must be fully vaccinated and will be require to present proof of vaccination upon entry. Please bring a copy of your vaccination record, and a physical copy of your ID.

Guests will be required to scan a QR code to be able to fill up a health safety checklist & temperature will be checked. There are also sanitation stations around the area. The establishment reserves the right to refuse entry to those who won’t meet the criteria for The Palace’s health and safety measures.
