Reservation Terms and Conditions

Medusa Supperclub, Inc. – Terms and Conditions of Use

Effective Date: December 16, 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Agreement”) carefully before using our website or mobile application (collectively, the “Application”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any updates or modifications. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. Conditions of Use

You must be of legal age in the Philippines (18 years or older) to use the Application or have parental/guardian consent.
By using the Application, you represent that you are not prohibited by Philippine law from accessing or using the services provided.
We may update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective 30 days after posting. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Reservations, Cancellations, and Refunds

Reservation Deposits:

A deposit is required to confirm all table reservations.
Deposits are applied toward the table’s minimum spend on the night of the reservation.

Cancellations & Refunds:

More than 48 hours before reservation: Full refund or option to rebook.
24–48 hours before reservation: 50% refund, or ₱500 per confirmed guest charged.
Less than 24 hours before reservation or no-show: Deposit forfeited, or ₱1,000 per confirmed guest charged.

Late Arrivals:

Tables are held for 30 minutes from the reserved time. After this, the reservation may be released and deposits forfeited.

Rebooking:

Reservations may be rebooked once (subject to availability) if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Special Events & Peak Nights:

Deposits are non-refundable for designated high-demand dates.
Cancellations within 72 hours of these events result in full forfeiture.

General:

By confirming a reservation and paying a deposit, guests accept these terms.
Policies may be amended for operational reasons.

4. Transaction Currency

All payments are processed in PHP – Philippine Peso.

5. Payment Security

Medusa Supperclub uses SevenRooms for reservations and Global Payments/Cybersource for payments. Your cardholder information is secured using industry-standard measures, including:

SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data during transmission
PCI-compliant processing
Secure storage handled by SevenRooms’ payment partners

These measures protect your information and ensure secure payment processing. All pages handling payments or deposits are secured.

6. Third-Party Booking Agents

All table reservations are processed through SevenRooms.
If you cancel through SevenRooms and receive a cancellation confirmation, the establishment cannot process a “No-Show” claim.
Any communication issues between Medusa Supperclub and SevenRooms must be resolved directly by the parties, without involving the cardholder.

7. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal data may include:

Name, contact details, social media handles
Date of birth
Reservation and event details
CCTV footage for security
Feedback and preferences

Purpose of Collection:

Manage reservations and event access
Send updates, promos, and announcements
Improve services and guest experience
Ensure security and comply with legal obligations

Storage and Protection:

Data is stored securely with limited access and protected from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Sharing of Data:

Only shared with your consent, trusted partners, or when required by law.

Your Rights:

Access, correct, or request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent or object to processing

8. User Accounts

Some features require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and all activity under your account.
Report any unauthorized use promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Application (images, text, videos, logos, software) is owned by Medusa Supperclub or third parties.
You may only access and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.
User-Generated Content grants Medusa Supperclub a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt the content.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as-is”. Medusa Supperclub is not liable for damages resulting from use of the Application.
No warranty is made that the Application is uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
All risks associated with using the Application, including payments, reservations, and content, are your responsibility.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medusa Supperclub, its affiliates, employees, and agents from claims arising from:

Use or misuse of the Application
Violation of these Terms
Violation of third-party rights

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration, not class actions.
Submit a Notice of Intent to File a Claim to:

Uptown Parade, 9th Ave, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Allow 60 days for resolution before initiating arbitration.
Arbitration rules and procedures will follow local Philippine arbitration laws.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Application, or your access, at any time for any reason.
Termination does not affect prior rights or obligations.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Medusa Supperclub.
