The queue area opens 15 minutes prior to opening.

Once the venues are at their legal capacity, entry will be paused. Entry will resume at the discretion of the management.

We suggest you come to The Palace early to beat the traffic and lines at the parking lot.

PROHIBITED OBJECTS

•⁠  ⁠No weapons (Even toy weapons)
•⁠  ⁠No handheld objects (Tablets, iPads, Laptops)
•⁠  ⁠No DSLR (only small personal still camera equipment with a 3-inch lens or smaller)
•⁠  ⁠No selfie stick. 
•⁠  ⁠No outside food and drinks.
